The production of high performance vacuum vessels (move your mouse over the picture alongside) is a process which needs extensive know how. Our highly trained technicians have many years of experience in custom built, prototype and series production of complex high and ultra high vacuum mechanical parts, precision components and systems.
We fabricate all our vacuum chambers and components to ultra high vacuum standards from certified stainless steel. In order to ensure that there are no trapped volumes, all welds are internal and all seams are full penetration welded. As with all VACUTEC products, the chambers and components are cleaned and leak tested to UHV standards.
